What sizes do the products come in?
Custom Make My Portrait products ship in six form factors: 12×16, 18×24, and 24×36 hand-stretched gallery canvas; 20×30 magnetic-mountable aluminum HD; 15oz ceramic photo mug; and 4×4 die-cut photo magnet. Mascot stickers are 3″ and 5″ kiss-cut vinyl, mascot fridge magnets are 3″ and 5″ flexible-magnet backing, and tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 in S–2XL.
Are the stickers waterproof? Will they survive a laptop / water bottle / cold fridge?
Yes. Our stickers are vinyl with a UV-laminate top coat, they survive rain, dishwashers (top rack), and outdoor weather for ~3 years. Magnets have a flexible rubber backing that holds on standard fridges and most painted-steel surfaces. They will not damage your finish.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are produced and shipped within 5-7 business days. U.S. orders typically arrive 7-12 days from purchase. International orders generally arrive in 10-21 days depending on country. Tracking is sent by email the moment your order leaves the printer.
Where is everything made?
Designed in Austin, Texas. Printed in the U.S. by our production partners. Every order is made fresh when you place it, nothing is warehoused, nothing is mass produced. That is how we keep new collections coming weekly without bloating into a warehouse business.
How does Make My Portrait (the photo upload) work?
Drop in a clear daylight photo of your pet. Pick a photoreal scene — High Society, The Dogfather, Couch King, Bath Time, Sleepy Sunday, or Survived the Meeting. We render four variations in about 60 seconds, you pick the one you love, and we hand-finish it onto a 12×16 to 24×36 gallery canvas, 20×30 aluminum HD, 15oz photo mug, or 4×4 photo magnet. No design skills required.
Can I return or exchange a sticker / magnet?
Yes. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not right, emailhi@magcult.comwithin 30 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund. Custom Make My Portrait products are non-refundable for change-of-mind, but we still replace any with print defects. See the full returns policy.
How does the Sticker Club work?
Three tiers, Cub, Pack, and Den. You pick one, we ship hand-curated stickers + magnets to you every month, free shipping included. Cancel any time from any device. Subscribers get first dibs on new collections and a private Discord. See the tiers.
What payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Checkout is encrypted end-to-end and your card details never touch our servers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Mexico, and Japan today. International orders generally arrive in 10-21 days, with tracking emailed the moment your order leaves the printer. More countries are on the roadmap as our apparel + mug line opens up additional production hubs — drop your email at the bottom of any page and we'll let you know when your country unlocks.
Can I sell wholesale or use a sticker as a brand asset?
For wholesale (50+ units) or co-brand inquiries, fill out thewholesale formand we'll come back with our line sheet within two business days.
Are the designs AI-generated? Are you using my photos to train AI?
Our critter line is illustrated by us with AI-assisted production tooling, then verified by a human review pipeline before any product ships. For Make My Portrait, your uploaded pet photo is processed in-memory only, used to generate your one portrait, and deleted within 24 hours. We never use customer photos to train any model.
