Orders under $25 ship for a flat $3.99. We do not bill handling fees.

Most U.S. orders arrive 7-12 days after purchase. Tracking emailed at handoff.

International, 10-21 days

We ship to U.S., Canada, U.K., E.U., Australia, and most of Asia.

30-day replacement

Damaged, misprinted, or not as described? We replace or refund, no return required.

How fulfillment works

We are an on-demand mascot studio. Nothing is warehoused — every order is printed when you place it, by our production partners at the closest hub to your address (U.S., U.K., E.U., Australia, or Japan). Domestic U.S. orders go out USPS or UPS Ground; international goes DHL or your local carrier.

Custom Make My Portrait products take the same 5-7 days as catalog products, the cartoonization happens at order placement, then the file goes straight to the press.

Customs duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility. Sticker packages are typically too small to incur duties.

Returns & replacements

  • Damaged, misprinted, lost in transit: email hi@magcult.com with a photo within 30 days. We replace or refund, no return shipping required.
  • Changed your mind: if the order has not shipped yet, we cancel and refund. After it ships, all sales are final on stickers and magnets due to hygiene and kiss-cut handling.
  • Custom Make My Portrait: non-refundable for change-of-mind. We still replace any custom that arrives with a print defect.
  • Sticker Club subscriptions: cancel any time from your account. We do not refund the current month, but you keep whatever has already shipped.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email when it leaves the printer. You can also track from the order page (link in your confirmation email). If a package is marked delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then write us, we will replace it.
