Every piece is printed fresh, just for you, so there's nothing to send back. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll remake it for free and ship a replacement, no charge, no return label, no hassle.
Replacements ship on premium waterproof vinyl
Every replacement is remade on 4 mil glossy vinyl with a UV-coat laminate: scratch-proof, water-proof, dishwasher-safe, and UV-stable for years. If something didn't hold up, the replacement is built to.
What we make right, no questions asked
- • Arrived damaged or misprinted → free waterproof replacement
- • Wrong item shipped → free correct replacement
- • Not what was described → free replacement
- • Lost in transit or never arrived → full refund (a reship to the same address won't fix a delivery problem)
You never need to mail anything back, keep or recycle whatever shipped. One replacement per order keeps it simple and fair.
How it works
- 1. Tell us what happened. Pull up your order and pick the reason, an optional photo helps us catch product issues early.
- 2. We remake it automatically. For damage, misprints, and wrong items, a free waterproof replacement is placed in seconds and ships straight to you.
- 3. Trickier cases get a human. Anything we can't resolve instantly is read by a person who replies within one business day.
