Returns & refunds
We print everything fresh per order, so we don't accept "changed my mind" returns by default. But if anything is misprinted, damaged in transit, or never showed up, we make it right, fast.
What we cover, no questions asked
- • Misprinted, damaged, or wrong item shipped
- • Lost in transit (carrier shows no movement after 14 days domestic / 45 days international)
- • Order never arrived
For these, we'll refund your full order amount. You don't need to mail anything back, keep or recycle whatever shipped.
How it works
- 1. Tell us what happened. Use the form below with your order ID and the email on the order.
- 2. We process it automatically. Refunds under $50 for misprints, damage, or lost packages are issued in minutes, funds return to your card in 5-10 business days.
- 3. Bigger or trickier cases get a human. We reply within one business day.
