• What kind of photo should I upload?+

  One clear photo, eyes in focus, decent natural light, no costume. Phone shots are fine — most of our portraits are made from iPhone photos. We do the heavy lifting in the proof step. If your photo is borderline, we'll email you and ask for another before printing anything.
• Will my pet actually look like my pet?+

  Yes. We hand-finish four photoreal proofs of every order in our studio after the AI does the first pass — adjusting fur color, eye color, ear shape, breed proportions, anything that's off. You see all four proofs and pick before we print. We don't print until you approve.
• Can I get the same scene on a canvas AND a mug AND a magnet?+

  Yes — and we'd recommend it. Once you've approved a proof, the same artwork can go on canvas, aluminum HD, mug, or 4×4 magnet. The 'Make it a set' block above shows the matching SKUs. Each ships from the closest hub.
• What if I don't love it?+

  We re-print or refund any order with a defect, misprint, damage in transit, or quality issue — for 30 days, no return shipping required. Just email hi@magcult.com with a photo and we'll handle it.
• How long until I get it?+

  Production starts within 24 hours and finishes in 3-7 days, then ships from the closest hub to your address. U.S. orders typically arrive in 5-10 days door-to-door; international depends on customs but most countries are 7-14 days.
• Which payment methods do you accept?+
